Two Las Vegas clinicians who decided home health could be better.
Vegas Home Health Partners is owner-led by two clinicians with deep hospital backgrounds — the kind of experience usually reserved for ICUs and emergency departments — brought directly into your home.
"The clinician who walks into your home should be operating at the standard we teach. That's the whole company." — Alex & Nikki, Co-founders
Care without compromise
Adults and pediatric patients deserve hospital-quality skilled care at home — calm, careful, and tailored to them.
Speak plainly
Medical jargon excludes families from their own care decisions. We translate, every visit.
One thread, end to end
You shouldn't have to repeat your story. We coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and your family directly.

"Pediatric home health isn't adult care with smaller equipment. Children — especially medically complex children — need a different kind of attention."
Nikki Cuasay, APRN
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner · Trained as a physician (Philippines)
Nikki trained and practiced as a physician in the Philippines before moving to Las Vegas, where she earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse credential and now works as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Her bedside experience spans the pediatric ICU, pediatric ER, and pediatric mobile urgent care — high-acuity, fast-decision environments where calm, methodical care is the standard. That background shapes how she runs every plan of care: organized, unhurried, and ready for whatever comes up.
Caring for pediatric patients at home requires both clinical precision and a soft touch with families. Nikki built our pediatric practice — including private duty nursing, trach/vent, G-tube, and post-NICU transitions — so children can get hospital-quality care without ever leaving home.
Alex Tecson, RN
Critical-Care Nurse · Nursing Faculty · 20+ years
Alex has been a nurse for more than 20 years. He started in respiratory therapy — caring for patients whose airways and breathing demanded steady, technical hands — and brought that orientation with him into a long career in critical care.
In the hospital, he eventually served as Director of Quality Management — the discipline of building systems that catch errors before they happen and keep care consistent across shifts. That experience is why our home health processes are documented, accountable, and designed to hold up under pressure.
Today, alongside the home-health work, Alex teaches at the university level and delivers NCLEX-RN review lectures nationwide. With a daily practice of training nurses to a national standard, he makes sure every clinician on our adult team is operating at the bar he sets in the classroom.
When Alex and Nikki sat down to design Vegas Home Health Partners, the brief was simple: deliver hospital-quality skilled care at home, communicate clearly, and never make a family chase you for an answer.

"Nothing happens during a visit without an explanation, and nothing is left for a family to figure out alone. That's the floor."
The facts, in one place.
Skilled care should feel organized, not improvised.

If we'd send our own family here, so can you.
Reach out and we'll listen first. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a real conversation about what's needed.
