Yes. We take the gate code or guard-house instructions at intake, add the clinician to your visitor list if the HOA requires it, and confirm each visit ahead of time. Clinicians identify themselves at the door.

With your mother's permission on file, we can call you after visits and whenever something changes. Updates go by phone, not email, so her health details stay off open channels.
