Home health in Enterprise, from Mountain's Edge to Silverado Ranch
Enterprise is where the valley is still being built, and where young families and new retirees settle in side by side. Our clinicians come to Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands, Rhodes Ranch and Silverado Ranch seven days a week.
Adults and children, all the way out to Mountain's Edge.
However new the street, a clinician can reach it.
For adults
- Skilled nursing · medications sorted, labs drawn, family taught at the kitchen table.
- Wound care · incisions and slow-healing wounds dressed at home.
- Physical therapy · stairs, garage step and driveway, practiced where you live.
- Speech therapy · swallowing and language work after a stroke, at home.
For children
- Post-NICU transitions · the first weeks home with oxygen or a feeding tube.
- Trach and vent care · suctioning, circuit changes and alarms, handled daily by our nurses.
- Private duty nursing · shift nursing so two working parents can sleep and work.
- Pediatric PT, OT and speech · developmental and feeding therapy for a NICU graduate, on your rug.
Three Enterprise families we are built around.
A NICU graduate, a brand-new house in Mountain's Edge
Boxes half unpacked, and the baby is coming home with a monitor and a feeding tube. Nursing and family training are planned before discharge, not after.
A new retiree in Southern Highlands after a joint replacement
You moved here for the sun, not surgery, and now a staircase stands between you and your bed. Therapy and nursing come to you.
A trach or vent in Silverado Ranch, no grandparents nearby
With no aunt down the street, private duty nursing fills the hours you cannot, and caregiver training means the suction routine is not yours alone.
One text, four steps, a nurse at your door.
Call or text us
(725) 322-6968, weekdays 9am to 5pm. Text to ask for a callback; cross streets, any gate code and the doctor's plan go by phone, not text or email.
The order arrives
Your surgeon, pediatrician, NICU team, rehab facility or family doctor faxes (702) 977-6732 or phones us; we acknowledge within two business hours.
The estimate comes first
The cost is in writing before any visit is scheduled; a household with a new mortgage should not be guessing.
The first visit
An RN or therapist assesses you at home and loops in your provider. Then visits run seven days a week, plus a 24/7 nurse line.
Six ZIPs, from Rhodes Ranch to Silverado Ranch.
Enterprise is a town, not a city, so the ZIP matters more than your mail does. Not listed? Call and we check.
Paying for care in Enterprise
Vegas Home Health Partners is private pay today, with Medicare certification in progress; we cannot bill Medicare or insurance today, and we say so on the first call. Your written estimate comes before care begins. Call (725) 322-6968 for pricing.
For children's care
Pediatric care is private pay as well, with the written estimate before any shift is scheduled.
Enterprise questions, answered plainly.
Our mail says Las Vegas and our street is new. Are we covered?
Almost certainly. Enterprise is unincorporated, so mail says Las Vegas; we go by ZIP. Give us cross streets and a landmark, and nobody relies on a stale map.
Our baby leaves the NICU soon for Mountain's Edge. When should we call?
Now, while discharge is still being discussed. The NICU team faxes or phones the orders, Nikki Cuasay, APRN, our pediatric nurse practitioner co-founder, sets the standard, and the written estimate and the family-training plan are in place before discharge day.
After a knee replacement at St. Rose Dominican San Martín, can my husband's therapy happen at home in Southern Highlands?
Yes. Have the surgeon's office fax or phone the order and share your gate code. A therapist works your own stairs, a nurse checks the incision, seven days a week, so Friday does not wait for Monday.
