Home health services in Las Vegas and Henderson, for adults and children.
Skilled visits at home, guided by your physician's plan of care. Fourteen services delivered by licensed clinicians — for adults and children — coordinated, documented, and explained in plain language at every visit.
"Skilled doesn't mean rushed. Every visit follows a written plan, and every change goes through the ordering provider — that's the floor, not the ceiling." — From our visit standard

Every visit follows the same standard.
No matter the service, the shape of a skilled visit is the same. We assess, document, communicate, and follow up. You should never have to wonder what just happened or what's next.
Pre-visit prep
We review the plan of care, recent labs, and any changes from the last visit before we walk in the door.
Assessment
Vitals, focused exam, and a check on how you're actually doing — physically and otherwise.
The skilled task
Wound care, IV, therapy, education — done carefully, with the family included if you want.
Plain-language summary
Before we leave: what we did, what we found, what's next, and what to call us about.
Documentation same-day
Notes finalized and shared with the physician and care team within hours, not days.
